INDIA: Riba Textiles to set up second terry towels plant in Panipat

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 12, 2009 regarding intimation of Board Meeting, Riba Textiles Ltd has now clarified to a revised intimation of Board Meeting should be read as follows : "1. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend. 2. To consider splitting the face value of shares. 3. To consider setting up of IInd towels plant in Panipat, with a capacity of 5000 metric tons per annum." Riba Textiles Limited, an 100% Export Oriented Terry Towels manufacturing unit is situated 100 Kms from New Delhi in the state of Haryana.Riba is an fully integrated unit with a state of the art composite plant encompassing Dyeing. Weaving, and Finishing.
